What is scoonie penn?

Scoonie Penn is a former professional basketball player who is most known for his collegiate career at Ohio State University. He played as a point guard for the Ohio State Buckeyes from 1995 to 2000. During his time at Ohio State, Penn was a two-time All-American and a two-time Big Ten Player of the Year.

After college, Penn was selected in the second round of the 2000 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks. He played in the NBA for the Hawks, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Boston Celtics before continuing his professional career overseas.

In addition to his basketball career, Penn has also worked as a basketball coach, including serving as an assistant coach for the college basketball team at the University of Cleveland.
